Celery (Apium graveolens L. var. dulce Pers.)

The cultivation of celery on the land of Cooperativa Giardinetto members is relatively young, but it immediately garnered huge interest, and after only a few years, reached a guaranteed vast production. This allows us to bring an always-fresh product that preserves nutritional and organoleptic properties to the counters of large-scale distribution. Celery is in fact very rich in fiber, potassium and vitamin A but has a low calorie count.
