The production of wheat and barley is the most recent to be added to the lands of the Cooperativa’s members and is still in development, even if today it stretches across more than 2,000 hectares. The climatic conditions and properties of the soil make Apulia the perfect region for the cultivation of strong and nutrient-rich cereals.
